In Collaboration with Alex Khost
In Memoriam: A Funeral Procession for the Death of Love a street art performance done in NYC in 2012 and reenacted in Los Angeles in 2016. Idea originated from Alex Khost, NYC artist. The prop is a six foot casket with two torsos intwined to represent the death of love. In this piece I am the only living female, a ball bearer with a mysterious connection to the macabre scene. Marching along to a New Orleans musical accompaniment otherwise in somber silence. Representing the death of love in 2012 and perhaps more in the political atmosphere of 2016.
